As a Collision speaker, you won’t just reach our 40,000 attendees – the world’s leading media outlets will spread your story globally. They’re looking to share the biggest news in tech and, every year, they find it at Collision.
Journalists representing the world’s largest media publications will take their place at Collision this April, at the crossroads of international news and tech. Outlets attending our events include the New York Times, WIRED, CNN, CNBC, Financial Times, CGTN, Reuters, Politico, BuzzFeed, the Guardian, and Business Insider.
Collision provides you with the platform to communicate directly with these outlets. You just need to have the news to pique their interest.
You will have access to Collision’s dedicated in-house media team to support your company’s communication objectives. Their services include strategic consultancy, PR advice around news announcements, press lists, managing interview requests, and media relations at scale.
If you are interested in pursuing any media opportunities, please contact your speaker success manager.
We can facilitate one-to-one interviews with journalists, reporters, broadcasters and podcasters joining us for Collision. All media attendees have the opportunity to request interviews with the speakers, startups, investors and partners attending Collision virtually.
If you receive interview requests, we’ll collate these requests and work closely with your in-house comms team or your PR agency to help arrange interviews that will take place on our web app during the days of the event.
We can help you and your organization communicate directly with targeted members of the media. We will be hosting press conferences for Collision online this year, which will allow our top speakers to engage directly with a select number of journalists at a time. Press conferences will be hosted on our web app.
Each press conference will feature an introduction from the dedicated Collision media team to assembled media representatives, followed by a speaker statement or comment, before the floor is opened to questions.
If you have news to announce, please reach out to your speaker success manager. The final decision on press conferences is at the sole discretion of Collision’s media team.
Support from the Collision’s media team:
You will have one dedicated point of contact on the Collision media team to assist with scheduling and managing your press conference, including introducing you and managing questions from the assembled media outlets.
The media team will ensure all relevant outlets receive an invitation to your press conference, and will work with you to utilize your own contacts to ensure strong media attendance.
If you’re announcing news at Collision, please provide us with a press release that we can distribute to members of the media at the event. This will be hosted on our website, which all media attendees visit during the event to hear the latest news announced during Collision.
Hosting a press release on our media portal creates a unique URL that can be shared with your wider network and posted on your company’s social channels.
