Your talk, contacts and timeline for the event

  • Producers

Your producers are responsible for all editorial matters, and can answer any questions you have related to the content and remote recording of your talk.

You can email them any time, and schedule calls using the link in their email signature.

  • Speaker success manager

Working alongside your producer, your speaker success manager will assist you with all non-editorial matters, including networking, media engagement, and all other opportunities to help make the most of your Collision experience.

Their contact phone number will be emailed to you the week before the event. In the meantime, you can email them any time and schedule calls using the link in their email signature.

You can also contact the team’s group email: keyattendeesuccess@collisionconf.com.

Here’s what you can expect from us between now and the event:

  • We will send you a short feedback survey to complete after the end of the event.

You must sign this form via DocuSign in order for us to broadcast your talk.

You can read our image release FAQs here.

Your producer and speaker success manager will work with you, your fellow panellists and moderator (if applicable) to find a date and time to record your talk.

We have created step-by-step videos explaining what you need to do to ensure you are set up correctly and ready for the recording of your talk. See below.

We pride ourselves on producing engaging and thought-provoking content. All material should be original and shouldn’t rehash old content. You won’t see sales-oriented talks or pitches at Collision, so please keep this in mind when thinking about your talk. You and your producer should collaborate on this.

You will receive a link to your personal schedule. If you need more information, please email your speaker success manager, or contact keyattendeesuccess@collisionconf.com.

If you are showing a presentation/slides during your keynote talk, you will need to submit the presentation for review in advance of your recording date. Your slides will go through a content and technical check before they are approved. No further changes can be accepted after this point.

Your producer and speaker success manager will send you the form to upload your presentation one week before the recording is scheduled to take place.

We recommend tuning in to watch your own talk as it streams on our website, and using our messaging platform to interact with our online audience during and after your talk. Engaging with the audience is a key component for the success of our events.

To help spread the word about your participation, we’ve put together a social media toolkit with some sample captions, imagery and templates to share across your own channels.

For social media assets you can use, click on the speakers tab, scroll down, then click on the ‘Download assets’ button. Each social media image is sized for sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can also embed the images on your website or in blog posts.
